Account and Admin Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accountant and Admin Executive. This dual role combines accounting responsibilities with administrative duties to support our day-to-day operations and financial health.

Location: On-site, UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities
-Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
-Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations by preparing and submitting tax filings.
-Process and manage employee claims and expense reimbursements.
-Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
-Manage office operations, including supply procurement, filing systems, and correspondence.
-Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and attendance tracking.
-Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
-Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
-Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

-Managing leaves for employees 

 

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
-Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.

-At least 2 years working in related field will be an added advantage
