Key Responsibilities Call Agent:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Record all customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the system.
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and follow up as needed.
- Maintain high levels of service quality by adhering to company guidelines and standards for customer interactions.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer queries.
- Actively seek feedback for improving customer service processes and share suggestions for operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Admin Assistant:
- Review and process claims/leaves submitted by employee in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and filed correctly.
- Assess claims for accuracy, validity, and completeness before approval.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, communication, or related fields is a plus).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when resolving customer complaints or inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin is preferred.

- Full-time position
- Shift-based work (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays).
