JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be relied upon to enhance digital visual assets for various digital projects and campaigns. You will need to be able to work closely with the client to obtain the brief and meet their brief well and follow instructions. You will need to ensure that the digital images and videos meet and align with their requirements for enhancements and be in line with the brand's aesthetic post manipulation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about consumer brands, graphics aesthetics and proficient in image and video editing software.

Responsibilities :
- Obtain and clearly understand project briefs.
- Edit photos for marketing materials, digital platforms, and social media.
- Enhance images (composition, exposure, color, shadows, etc.).
- Retouch photos for clarity and brand consistency.
- Crop and resize images for various platforms.
- Edit videos for social media, adding assets as needed.
- Design logos, infographics, and web pages occasionally.
- Stay updated with Generative AI Art techniques.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset management system.
- Plan and meet timelines while multitasking effectively.
- Plus: Basic JavaScript knowledge to support web operations (QA/content upload for platforms like Shopify).

Requirement:
​- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Generative AI Firefly.
