
Business Development/ Talent Acquisition Executive (Full time)
Job Description (Talent Acquisition Executive):

Screen CVs/Resume, conduct interviews and follow up candidates

Understanding underlying job description and requirements set by clients

Liaise with clients and candidates

Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process

Manage ATS(application tracking system)

Building a strong pool of candidate pipeline.

Actively engage with social media.

Utilize method to attract candidates, including: database searching, referral advertising, etc.

Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Description (Business Development):

Building and nurturing business relationships with current and potential clients across local and international markets.

Creating team synergy (outdoor sales, indoor sales) to achieve global sales objectives.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives tailored to international business expansion.

Developing quotas, proposals, and tailored strategies for global clients.

Connecting with prospects through calls, events, and meetings, and managing the end-to-end sales process for both local and overseas clients.

Creating and maintaining a detailed list/database of prospect clients, including potential global accounts.

Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on international business opportunities.

Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting to align with global business strategies.

Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.

Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify global business opportunities and drive growth.

Benefits:
- RM 2,500 - RM 5,000 per month basic allowance + attractive commission for individual
sales

Job Requirements:
- Pursued bachelor’s degree in business, marketing , psychology , human resource or
related fields preferred
- Familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn
- Friendly and talkative
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to speak English and Mandarin
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
