Job description
1. Compensation & Benefit Management & Budgeting
-
Contribute to the preparation of the HR annual budget and monitor the financial performance and productivity of the employee
-
Manage, review and budget for effective Compensation & Benefits (company headcount, staff cost, compensation, staff welfare & benefit in line with business plan)

Implement new HR system (HRIS) in term of how to gather / analyze a good data in order to gain an efficient information, to be a good reference to make the right decision making

Manage the Compensation and Benefits of employees
2. Recruitment Management
-
Recruit and select the right candidate for the job profile.

Lead the recruitment process based on the job requirements and manpower planning.

Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of staff of the respective Department in consultation with the Business Unit Head
3. Policy & Procedures
-
Implement HR policies & procedures and, communicate & execute HR policies & procedures on a regular in line with business objectives and complied with Malaysian law and other related regulations

Update and data control of HR systems and procedures.
4. Performance Management
-
Develop the HR’s objectives, KPIs, annual operational and strategic plans are aligned with the business operations.

Oversee the overall performance of the employees and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated, and monitored.

Work together with the Business Department Heads to drive performance of the employees

Execution of employment contracts management tasks including labour law compliance.

Manage local authorities and government relation regulatory requirements and compliance.

Talent management activities and initiatives
5. People Management
-
Responsible for leading, directing, and motivating subordinates towards achievement of job goals and continued development and improvement in their performance.

Provide input to the Department strategy from the Department's perspective in line with overall vision and mission.

Mediate industrial relations between workers and company to avoid possible litigation.

To attract, onboard, develop, train, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
Requirements
-
Communicate effectively in Mandarin(not compulsory), English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Self-motivated, resourceful & strong work ethics.

Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Candidate who lives in Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya or nearby
-
Candidate who owns a valid driving license and is willing to travel is an advantage
-
Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
-
Self-motivated, strong analytical, problem-solving skills and good business acumen
-
Knowledge of handling SST
-
Minimum a Professional Certificate / Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma HR / business administration or equivalent experience.
-
At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month + Year-end performance bonus
