As an HR Pre-Sales Consultant, you will provide HR advice and recommendations to our Business Development Team and our clients that would best satisfy their respective needs.

Develop your consulting chops: Gain valuable experience in the advisory role, providing insightful recommendations and strategic guidance to clients on their HR challenges.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Analytically minded and have excellent interpersonal skills

Passion for HR (non-HR background studies are welcome)

Fresh graduates are welcome

Able to present complex information in a compelling and persuasive manner is key.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.

Continuously expand your HR knowledge base to stay ahead of the curve and provide cutting-edge advice

English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (Mandarin is a plus!)
